1. PREAMBLE

For the purposes hereof, it is agreed that the user and Ring Commerce will collectively called the "Parties" and individually called "Party".

The parties agree that these conditions of sale available at time of purchase exclusively govern their relationship. If a condition is found to be lacking, it would be governed by current practices in the field of distance selling companies which have headquarters in France.

SUBJECT

These conditions aim to define the terms of sale between Commerce and the Ring user, from ordering to after sales services, through to payment and delivery.
These conditions relate exclusively to non-commercial individuals

Orders

The user has the option of placing an order online from the online site: http://www.securite-xxl.com.
The order can be registered on the site if the user has clearly identified by the entry of his customer ID (or username) and password that are strictly personal.

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will take place in the context of a possible exchange and guarantees listed below.
The user can change his basket before the final validation, the final step to formalize the contract of sale between the user and Ring Commerce.
The company undertakes Ring Commerce to fulfill orders received on the website only in the limit of available stocks of products. A lack of availability of the product, Ring Commerce agrees to inform the user.

In some cases, such as non-payment, incorrect address or other problem on the user's account, Ring Commerce reserves the right to block the user's command to solve the problem.

Delivery
Users have for most items a guarantee enabling him to return defective items delivered or would not provide any satisfaction.

The User / Customer has the choice to be delivered:
- Either at home
- Or to another specific address different than billing

Ring Commerce is committed to make shipments of items ordered as soon as possible. Shipments held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The average time observed for the items available is XXXXXXXXXXX.
Packages are generally shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week from receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo with no delivery report. If you prefer delivery with report, an additional charge applies, thank you for contacting us. Whatever the chosen method of shipping, we will provide as soon as possible a link that allows you to track online delivery of your package.

The products are delivered to the address specified by the consumer on the purchase order.
The consumer customer is responsible for checking the condition of the packaging of the goods upon delivery and report damage to the carrier on the delivery order, and Ring Trade within a week.

Ring Commerce works mainly with la POSTE, to minimize transportation costs. All products of little and medium are generally shipped by the postal service called Colissimo. This service allows you to recover the products ordered from your local post office delivery address if no place of delivery at the initial presentation of the factor.

If you are absent the day of delivery, your postman will leave a notice in your mailbox, allowing you to withdraw your order at the post office during business hours, within 15 days.
Colissimo is a very reliable service. However, as in any expedition, there may be a delay of delivery or the product gets lost. In case of delayed delivery from the date that we have stated in the mail from, we ask you to report the delay in calling us by phone or by sending us an email. We will then contact La Poste to start an investigation. A La Poste investigation may take up to 21 days from the date of commencement of the investigation. If during this period, the product is found, it will be immediately routed to your home (the majority of cases). But if the product is not found at the end of the period of 21 days of investigation, the Post Office considers the package as lost. It is only then that we can send you a replacement product, at our expense. If the ordered products were not available at this time, we will refund the amount of products affected by the loss of carrier. If the product was still available, but had changed selling prices on the site, we would apply the new sale price, either by reimbursing the difference by check or requesting an additional check on the price gap.
Ring Commerce assumes no liability for the longer delivery times due to the carrier, particularly in cases of loss of products or strike.

When paying by check, your order will be processed only after verification of the validity of the check. Consequently, the time limits in this case can be modified from those listed on the day of placing the order and may reach two weeks.

Receipt of the orders
Upon receipt of the order, the Purchaser will check compliance of the proceeds received pursuant to his order. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (ie, missing or damaged goods, damaged packages) must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods to Ring Trade:

Unless good cause, any claims beyond the seven days following receipt of the products will be considered inadmissible, and the responsibility Ring Trade cannot be engaged.

Ring Commerce reserves the right to ask the Buyer to return the nonconforming product or damaged.

If returns are abnormal or abusive, Ring Commerce may refuse to serve a future order.


Prices
Prices are quoted in euros all taxes included.
These prices are exclusive flat fee for processing (shipping, packaging and preparation of the package under applicable amounts).
They take into account the VAT applicable on the date of the order. Any change in the applicable rate will be reflected in product prices. However the prices cannot be changed once the customer's order validated.
Similarly, if one or more taxes or contributions, including environmental had to be created or modified, up as down, this change will be reflected in the selling price of the items on the site's RING TRADE and sales documents.
The prices listed on the site are guaranteed for the duration of on-line and within the limits of available stocks.

The user must also pay a lump sum at a fee to process the order (unless it has a special offer exonerating him), whose amount is specified on the order form before validating latter. This participation depends on the products ordered.

Right of withdrawal / return / exchange

All items can be exchanged or refunded except those relating specifically stated otherwise, such items have been customized on a customer's request or software, products of audio or video when the blister protection has been removed, etc..

The redemption request by the customer must respond within seven days after the date of receipt or withdrawal of the package. If the new order is in excess, users will join the exchange request for the balance. Conversely, if the amount of trade is less than the original amount, the user will receive upon receipt of a request to have the form of a code (available on the site) to refund the difference.
